The Service Desk is the center of operations for the IT Department at George Fox University. We have a team of students ready to provide positive customer service and technical support for your basic computer needs.
Starting a request for service. You can start a request for service one of four ways:
1. E-Mail - addressed to servicedesk@georgefox.edu. Let us know what you need, with as much detail as possible (such as a text of an error message). If your request is URGENT, please phone the Service Desk.
2. Walk-In - During Service Desk operating hours the desk is staffed and will take your request in person.
3. Phone - Calls to the Service Desk are processed the same as each of the two methods above. Voicemail is responded to and/or entered as a request the next business day.
